Captains log (notå on ty opov )
Today will be a day of curiosity and learning. I'm using ANKI and my register of "Pao2" to anchor things I wan't to retain and internalise that way. I also do thought experiments.
I like to keep things fluid and with an element of freedom.
I feel lots of energy and visualise the expression of this in the form of a physical challenge likely to be a short high intensity workout.
Today I started my day with a 15 min Headspace meditation session, followed by a cold shower and a 15 min run with sprint interjected intermittently. The sun rose to pink/purple/orange/red mixture which I unsuccessfully attempted to capture with my smartphone. I did, however, successfully capture this moment as a mental 4d image.
So now some planning and work needs to be done and I'll check in with some more brief updates of this mindful day..
