Oura ring of the day


According to my oura ring this morning, I should go easy. I had about 5 hours of sleep, among which 1h38min was deep sleep and 51 min of REM. I meditated for about 30 min, then went for a walk with my blue blocking glasses. Took them off after a few minutes. I did some balancing to check in with my status. Pretty good. Calmness is good. That deep sleep really did some healing and the meditation sorted out my thinking. I tested out my energy with two short sprints. There was some extra energy reserve there. Again. Good deep sleep. The rest of the walk was spent admiring the trees and the colors of spring. Doing a bit of mindful walking with breath work. Breath holding to check in with that domain. I could see that I was still in a restful mode there. So all in all, good. I should go a bit earlier to bed and it will be even better. A cold shower. Revitalising. So breaking the 18 hour fast with my only meal of the day consisting of: 2 Egg yolks, 3 cooked eggs, yolks only, 2 pieces of additive free organic bacon, half an avocado, kimchi, sourkrout, kalamata olives, small piece of organic red meat raw and rare. a third of a glass with coconut cream with a dosin blueberries and double extracted lion's mane, chaga, and cordycepts. 30 minutes later I do mct(2 tbl spoons of caprylic acid)+ghee(teaspon) coffee with a half teespoon of coconut oil and 65 grams of macadamianuts (my last for a while)
and I'm set for at least 36 hours until tomorrow lunch. Chaga and water during the day. Today will be focused on mindfulness and mindful contemplation. Walks. Coding. Problem solving. Inspiration. Nurturing. If I get extra energy . it will be devoted to a cold bath and a short gym exercise or some mental challenges. I will get some more lion's mane and cordycepts. Tomorrow I will be well rested and full of energy.
