I am in a transformative phase of my ketogenic eating.
Since my last werlabs testing I noticed my IGF-1 was boosted highly.
My interpretation was that this was a sign of anabolism.
A consequence of intense strength training combined with sauna.
My food intake was typically breakfast(7:30) and lunch(12:30), 19:7.
I include high quality medicinal mushrooms extract(dual extracts) among my supplements such as
cordycepts, chaga and of course lion's mane. (Reishi is no longer included since about 2 months. No particular reason. Out of stock). I feel a good energy boost throughout the day.
In particular I consider my self in a building phase with regard to lion's mane supplementation combined with training. I also sleep more. My deep sleep is between 1.5 H to 2.5 H.
The IGF-1 boost as a temporary shift I see as good. Especially in conjunction with lion's mane supplementation.
Neurogenises. I also meditate every morning upon wakening. 15 minutes, using Headspace.
My morning routine also includes, a short walk (15 min) and a cold shower.
Sometimes I do some sort of short light morning exercise including hand stands, short sprints squats and such.
What I want to upgrade..
