Alternate day fasting
Will do an alternate day experiment for 3 weeks.
2MAD+NOMAD, or just time-restricted and water fast alternations.
There are some research on humans indicating safety for at least 6 months, if I remember correctly.
I think 3 weeks is a good pilot and the evaluate in beginning of October or end of September.
purpose of fast is a good balance of anabolism and catabolism and a higher fasting-tolerance.
Optimising metabolism. Optimising HRV.
I think I will allow for small amounts (teaspoon) of MCT in my coffee starting out and then gradually phasing out my caffeine for a while.
I don't think this is something I will do very long to begin with.
But It might be done intermittently for a couple of weeks at a time as a periodic metabolism optimisation protocol.
